I just visited the new Builders Express in Craighall and the service is pathetic! I was looking for a specific bracket and could find no one on the floor to assist me. I eventually had to go to the pool section before I found the first employee apart from the cashiers. He took me to the relative section - I found the bracket I was looking for but there were only three and I needed four. He then told me he would go check stock on the item and I was told that was the only stock he had left. After looking for something else I found more stock of this "out of stock" item by myself. I then proceeded to look for a shelving system I saw in one of the bigger Builders Warehouses. Again no one was to be found on the floor to assist me, searched the empty isles I finally just went to the service counter. The lady, who was really nice and trying to help, also had a hard time finding someone. Eventually she found someone to assist me. This gentleman could not give a hoot about what I was looking for and rudely told me that he will find someone else. Again I waited and finally another employee appeared and told me that he was very unknowledgeable (incompetent) about this section and will find th
