It was made to feel that Builders Farie Glen did not want my money. I went to Builder in Woodlands to purchase laminated floor which was on special for 89.90. but they had 1 box available and i needed 7. i was told that Builders Farie Glen had 57 boxes. As i was about to leave i ask the rep if Farie Glen had underlay which i was told yes. so the following day i had to trek to Builder Farie Glen. To my first surprise the prices of the Beech laminated floor was not 89.90 but 109.90 and on querying it was told different Builders Warehouse can has different specials. so there i was a little upset. then on asking about underlay i was told they do not have stock but only of heavy duty which is twice the price. so frustrated i went in search of the manager explained that i was ready to leave his shop with the money i had intended to spend on the laminated floor. i did not get to much assistance there either a few calls were made and then i was told that they had been out of stock for 2 weeks. i walked out the door without a can we order for you or assist in anyway.having been told that Farie Glen had stock! going all the way there to just get bad service from the rep and management!
