I visited Game (Cresta) on Saturday. It was pretty early so the store had just opened and it was not busy at all.
A few items were on special eg a dish rack for R99 and Parmalat Milk for R7-99. So firstly the shelves weren't stocked up. There was only 1l of milk on the shelf when the milk was on special! I eventually managed to find a Game employee to find out where i could find the dish rack which was on special and it couldn't be found. Firstly i searched the aisles for it, then the Game employee/s did and it was nowhere to be found. I was then told that they didn't get stock of it..WHEN IT WAS ON SPECIAL!!! So anyway i was told that i should go and get a voucher so that when they do have stock i would get it at the special price. When we approached the info desk-we were told to dial a number and then put in my details there BUT when i did that - it prompts me for a bar code of the item-and where the must i get that from when even Game employees have no clue of that!
So i got to the till point to pay -asked for 6l's of milk - the packer took forever to get it so i left all the stuff i wanted to buy as i was in a hurry and left.
An absolute waste of my time and effort!
