NO service at all

I really can not complain about the service at Builders Atterbury Value mart, because THERE IS NO SERVICE!!

First I was looking for a light bulb - no one in the lighting area to assist.

Then I was looking for double sided tape - I could not find it and could not find anyone on the floor to help me. Eventually I found someone. After standing next to him for about 2 minutes and he did not even notice I was there, I greeted him. I replied in a way that said "what can I do because you are disturbing me". I asked him where I can find the tape. He said I must look in isle 22 and turned back to what he was busy with - did not even show me which direction to go.

I found isle 22, but the product he said I must take was not on the shelf. I looked for someone to assist - again no one to be found. I went to reception. Again I was standing there unnoticed. I asked her if she can please call someone. She was not friendly at all! Eventually she made an announcement for someone to come. I waited 5 minutes and then left. I walked out passing reception and she did not even realize I left.

I will never return to a place with such bad service. They can learn from the Woodlands branch!!
