O sorry we didnt get training on this., and THE SPECIAL IN MAY BOOK FOR MUSICA IS OVER ON 6 APRIL 2013 (HOW DOES THAT WORK). BUT i was at Middelburg branch before the "SPECIAL ENDED" so where do you draw the line when it comes to customer service? Where do you just laugh in your customers face because you didnt get training? how professional is that for such a BIG COMPANY. jUST ASKING
