Bought a phone in 2012, since then the phone has been giving me problems and i have taken it for repairs but still nothing changes. Last time i went to the store to report the phone i asked them to give me a new phone because i cannot go on like this. I was told i wont be assisted without an order number, that was new to me because they have never asked for such information.
