I bought a blackberry mid april with in a month the phone started giving me problems so i called the store and they said i should bring the phone back, i took it back on the 1st of july and the lady who assisted me told me that they wont fix the phone cos it fell inside the water so i told her that never happened so she didnt wanna listen to me i tried to tell her that she's telling me something that she also dont know cos she's not a technician so she kept on saying that they wont fix it so i felt very small cos the phone never fell n i also think they gave me a faulty phone the time i bought it.
