I hold an acccount with Morkel however this was moved over to Russells Lenasia. Last year I contacted Russells for a settlement figure as well as to cancel my club membership. I called Russells and spoke to Freda who supposed to call me back to date she has not. I called Russels again yesterday and unfortunately got to Freda once again, you can guess how that went. I requested a bill from the date the account was opened to date as the magazine has been delivered without a statement on numerous occasions. I was advised by Freda that she will call me to advise if this can be done same as last year I was never called back. When I requested the bill to mailed, I was advised that she does not have an email.
Can someone from the regional office contact me as I cannot deal with such incompetent unprofessionalism. Morkels was way better to deal with as they were more professional and clearly knew how to serve their customers.
