Do THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

As a matter of fact i was very sick during the year of 2012/2013 and sis not work for a period of about 10 months during this period I spend 2 months in ICU on life support and therefor had problrms comunicating ect. But when I was getting better I send a email to jdg under which russels falls to inform them about my situation as I could still not speak due to tragia in my throught please see mail below up to date no one responded on my mail and as i am 1 month in behind they harase me at night for making payments and as I know I do have a policy covering me if something happen to you but like i say they kep making threats.

Good day,

I would like toinform you that i have recieved calls from your legal department regarding my Rusels account as i have explained was that i am not working since last year Oct 2012 as i was in hospital and in i.c.u and only left the hospital in jan 2013 in that time myn work place put me on tempary disabilaty leave and as a waiting period of 6 months the claim is now with Sanlam in the final stage.

Please will you inform what is needed as proof so that i can request Sanlam to send info to
