Had 4 acccount with Russells. Paid up all accounts but one, Keep getting phone calls that i owe them money. Just owe about R1300 on the current account, the acc is supposed to be paid up next year, went and paid R1200 today, they've phoned me 4 times so far today, and this is a daily ongoing thing, they say i have 3 acc outstanding, and as soon as you explain to the person phoning whats going on, they put the phone down in your ear.
