Christmas presents were ordered by my sister overseas on [URL Removed] and supposed to be delivered to me. On the day of the order the incorrect delivery address was mistakenly used. Once the mistake was picked up my sister contacted Kalahari directly and they assured her that they had changed the delivery address.
The parcel was delivered to the incorrect address where it sat for weeks with emails and phone calls to Kalahari to have the parcel collected and sent to the correct address with no action. Eventually 2 days ago the parcel was collected and instead of being delivered to the correct address, it was sent back to Kalahari for re-issue.
For the past 2 days I have been constantly phoning and emailing the parties responsible and we have had promises of it being sent back priority mail but no-one can give me a tracking number or a date of delivery.
This service is appalling and unacceptable. You have lost 2 customers due to this incompetence.
