On 4th December I placed an order for Christmas of which all items were a 24 hour delivery period, by 18th December and endless phone calls and emails I was told to cancel my order they would refund my money and replace the order. 18th December I replaced the order of which delivery was then 23 DEC, which is not 24hours and I would not be available at my work address, I contacted Kalahari and advised my home address, 23 Dec came and went and no delivery, I spoke to Moira who told me she would call me back and never did, I called Juan on 24th December who also said he would phone me back and never did, I then phone back and spoke to a Gareth who said my delivery would arrive after hours, it is now 21:55 and I still have no order! So now tomorrow I arrive with no gifts for my nephews..I am so livid with Kalahari that they have my order twice now and I still have no items and no refund from my previous order of which ORIGINAL order was 4th December!! NEVER again will I use Kalahari for Christmas Gifts..The amount of Time I have wasted on phone calls in the last 20 days has actually been ridiculous, no-one bothers to get back to you!!
