I bought shoes at the shop on the 22 December 2013 for an amount of R320.00 in cash. I worn the shoes on the 28th December 2013 and the heel broke. on the 10th of January 2014 I returned the shoes back and was refused exchanged and decided to leave the shoes with the consultants. the shoes were in my possession for 17 days only and they refused to exchange them. I love this shop but so disappointed by their treatment and exchange policy, this is not even after their 30 days exchanged period.
