I went to Makro PMB to buy a split aircon. I spoke to the sales person (Cynthia Bhola) about the aircon and asked a few questions. One of those questions was "Does the aircon come with all the needed wall mount brackets? " her reply was "YES". I was getting quotes to get this fitted and advised all of them that I had everything needed to mount as the consultant confirmed it.
To my surprise, THERE ARE NO WALL BRACKETS! I was told that most don't come with brackets hence me asking the sales rep. I had another person with me during the sale who heard exactly the same thing.
This is leading the customer with... I am very unimpressed...
