Not wanting to change shoes!!

I bought some shoes at queenspark, I haven't wore the shoes had it on from my room to the car! It hurt my feed and I desired to return it! It was sale shoes from the beginning that were standing on the floor! The manager at Queenspark we rude and refused to exchange my shoes for something else despite the fact that it still had its stickers on at the bottom with my till slip. She told me the shoes are dirty and I have worn them already! It is not true! Will never go there again!
