I bought a pair of shoes at San Marina on Sunday 27th February 2013, On the 28th February 2013 noticed that i was given the wrong size. Took the shoes back on the 28th February for exchange. On the 29th i put the shoes on, whilst at work i feel my heel getting sore only to find the sole inside the shoes came off, exposing some steel metal to my heels. I took the shoes back to the store and told them the shoes are clearly of poor quality and would like a refund or exchange them for a different make. I do not want the shoes which clearly shows mode of failure within an hour wearing them, clearly the quality is poor. I am extremely dissappointed in the response i received from the store, they want to take the shoes for repair and give them back to me. Who on earth pays R1295 for repaired shoes? I refuse to be rip off by San Marine and want my R1295 refund. They can fix the shoes and sell them on a sale price to somebody but I will not pay R1295 for repair shoes. The service is so poor, it is shocking..The area managers hide behind the sales person. They refused to give me the area manager's contacts..This is clearly a rip off. The shoes are defective, give me back my R1295
