My daughter bought me swimming trunks as a gift. One size to small. Wanted to exchange for a larger, correct size but refused as she exceeded 7 days from purchase! All tags etc still on item. Did not want a refund only correct size, refused point blank. Poor customer service that has resulted in my family and friends not going to support the retail outlets again!! Word of mouth on poor service travels far, not only on Hello Peter. Good bye "Big Blue stubborn staff"
