Poor quality shoes

I bought shoes at Rage, the heel broke took them back to Rage and they gave me a new pair and the second pair's sole came out. I went to Rage and asked the assistance if i can bring them back and they said yes but they refused to take them back, apparently they only take scratched and broken heels shoes, they told me to take the shoes to multi serve. Its obvias the shoes are of poor quality, the mistake is with the factory.
