BOUGHT 2 WING-BACK CHAIRS. ONE WAS DAMAGED. I EMAILED AND ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT. ONE TRUCK CAME TO FETCH DAMAGED CHAIR WITHOUT PAPERWORK. AFTERWARDS ANOTHER TRUCK CAME REFUSED TO GIVE THE NEW CHAIR AS THE DAMAGED ONE WAS ALREADY TAKEN. HOUSE & HOME SAYS THE CHAIR WAS AND THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE FIRST TRUCK KNEW MY ADDRESS AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY CAME FOR. I THINK THIS WAS A DELIBERATE BRIDGE OF INFO VIA EMAIL FROM INSIDE HOUSE & HOME.
