SMART SHOPPERS SHOP AT CHECKERS

Northgate hyper on Sat 2/2/2013 was a disgrace. No stock of advertised products, Staff who don't care and were shopping. A store manager who didn't give a rats about my problem. More tills closed than open with shoppers lined up to pay. Absolute chaos and the store manager has gone home. Today I called PnPay head office and asked to speak to the CEO. He was in a board meeting and couldn't be disturbed because his meeting was more important than my complaint. Eventually Jonathon Ackerman called me and again all I got was arrogance. His attitude was I agree with you and I will deal with it. When I asked why the CEO had not called he said it was good enough that he was calling as Raymond's son, board member and owner. These people just DO NOT LISTEN to the customer. Ackerman and I then got into a heated arguement and he accused me of getting personal; of not listening etc. And this is the guy that they have in charge of looking after customers and their complaints. This guy DOES NOT listen. Now I know why their business is in trouble. It starts at the top. I will never shop at another PnP EVER. They don't care. I am going to be a real smart shopper now. Only Checkers, Woolies & Spar.
