HORRIFIC SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

On 1/10/2013, I went to PnP in the Worcester Mall.
At? 15:00 on the 1st of the month, a lot of shelves were empty - NOT A PACKER IN SIGHT.
More than 50% of the price labels were not there or not with the items!
On 3 occasions I had to ask employees to check items, not on the shelf.
Eventually I called the manager and he spent? 45 mins to check stock, prices, etc. He even found certain items in the back, after his employees told me they were out of stock!! A great way for the manager to spend his time!!
His lame excuse - because of the public holiday A WEEK EARLIER, they were experiencing problems.
Many of the tills were not manned.
I will NEVER SET FOOT in a PnP store ever again.
I will rather start shopping at Spar or Checkers - even destroying my smart shopper??? card. I might just be a smarter shopper by doing that.
I am waiting with anticipation to find out what PnP are going to do to try to get me back to their stores.
I have sent a copy of this complaint to PnP.
