And more about the ongoing story of Checkers Hyper Benoni victimizing me, refusing to give me empty boxes, quite pathetic. And yes Dean (Cape Town Customer Care), I AM being victimized by that pretty much non-performing store (always very few customers in there, unless there is a promo). But I have already reduced my purchases big time at Checkers, I do not think I should support you much in the future. And yes, I know that there are companies taking away your boxes, I guess you charge them for the 'privilege' too?
But today, I went yet to ANOTHER Checkers store (did not buy that you cannot trace where I went!). Spoke to the store manager, asked for a few empty boxes, he told me 'take as many as you like'.
How about that! And the store in question is a well performing store (you know, more customers than staff and merchandiers!).
I really must buy some Checkers shares and attend the next General Meeting, maybe Mr. Basson would like to know why some stores are doing better than others?
