On December 9 2013 I purchased goods from Probe Corporation. The Sales clerk Bincent swiped my card but the machine did not present or printed a purchasing slip. Bincent repeated the transaction swiping the card again and with the second attempt the machine produced a slip which I signed. After 2 days I noticed on my bank statement that the transaction amount was duplicated. I have confirmed with Probe that the money appears in their bank twice and that they will refund the money to me. The amount was R 7282.32 which up to now I have not received back from Probe after numerous demands. I informed them that I will be reporting this on Hello Peter as I am a small company and the amount due is a substantial amount
