I would like to thank Ms Sheila Jansen, Store Manager, Stuttafords Rosebank (The Mall) for going the extra mile in assisting me wit shoes I had bought but due to a foot operation was unable to wear. sheila not only exchanged them for but found me suitable replacements.
On another occasion Sheila managed to source and collect a fragrance that was not in stock in Rosebank from another branch for me. That is what great customer service is about and much appreciated.
Stuttafords Rose bank is now my number one fashion retail store.
