FNB HOW CAN WE HELP???

ON TUE, 30.07.2013 TRIED TO WITHDRAW CASH AT STD BANK ATM BRACKENFELL. PUT IN AMOUNT REQUESTED, AFTER A FEW MINUTES TRANSACTION CANCELLED. CARD EJECTED AND PRINTED RESPONSE SAYS TECHNICAL FAULT CANNOT COMPLETE TRANSACTION. THINKING MACHINE NOT ENOUGHT CASH CANCELLED TRANSACTION AND MOVED TO ANOTHER MACHINE. EXACTLY THE SAME RESULT WENT INTO BANK TO QUERY ADVISED USE ABSA TERMINAL OR GO ACROSS STREET DRAW AT FNB. WELL HAD NOT OPTION TO GO TO FNB ALTHOUGH I STATED NOT SAFE TO WALK ACROSS STR WITH SO MUCH CASH WHICH I HAD TO PAY IN AT STD THATS WHY I USED THEIR TERMINAL. AT THE FNB TELLER MACHINE REQUESTED THE AMOUNT AND MESS COMES THRU, MONEY WITHDRAWN AT OTHER TERMINAL. LADY FM BANK STANDS THERE, I ASK HER ASSISTANCE. SHE SENDS ME INTO BANK CONSULTANT LOOKS AT BANK PROFILE I EXPLAINED WHAT HAD JUST HAPPENED SAYS MUST WAIT FOR OTHER CONSULTANT. FIRST LADY ASKS A CONSULTANT TO ASSIST ME ASAP SHE INPUTS MY DETAILS, I SHOW HER THE SMS RECEIVED AND TELL HER I DID NOT GET MONEY. SHE SPEAKS TO HER SUPERVISOR WHO ALSO CHECKS MY BANKING PROFILE AND SAYS "SHE SWIPED HER CARD AND CANT REMEMBER FOR WHAT"I MAY BE OLD BUT NOT SENILE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST COMPLAINT WE HAVE HAD WITH THEM.
