Edgars claims that their account protection plan covers retrenchment. I was retrenched last year June and all paperwork was handed in to them. I still get phone calls daily, sms's weekly and monthly threatening lawyers letters regarding my outstanding balance, yes it's a R120, but over the years I'm sure I've covered that amount over and over and on principle I refuse to pay it. Their customer service consultants are extremely incompetent and clearly don't know how to do their jobs as everytime they call I explain to them and they say they'll sort it out. I'm now past being irritated, I feel I'm being harassed for money that should have been cleared months ago.
