I attended Edgars Cresta during January 2013 to apply for my account protection plan to be utilized as I was retrenched. The form plus a payment of R8 000.00 was submitted to the Cresta Edgars. Since then i have been receiving letters of demand and statement in the post threatening me with legal action. I have now contacted Edgars on numerous occasions and have been told someone will call me back, only one person called back and said it will be investigated, nothing further happened, except that i got another letter of demand. Why did i pay for years the protection plan? Mrs T Naude
