I have a account with you guys which I have been paying faithfully ever since I opened the account, never late on payments and I have a good credit record, I took the protection plan on my account so that if anything out of my control should happen that I could rest myself assured that I am covered, I also have a insurance plan on my phone, well in October I was retrenched and gave all my paperwork ui19, copy of my Id and the retrenchment letter from my company all have been certified and until today I have to pay the account every month because there is absolutely no feedback, I'am still unemployed and desperately seeking employment, but this month I wont be able to make payment because after rent and food I only have R200 to get me through the month, I now will have to face a bad credit record because you guys didn't make good on you're side, what is the point of a protection plan if there is no coverage??? Please get this sorted I have phoned and get shunted from line to line with no feedback.
I have been paying even after my retrenchment since Oct and were in January already!!
