I think it is unacceptable that after receiving a GIFT CARD as a Christmas present and then winning a COUPON on an online competition cannot be used as a purchase together. The Zando website which is only for online shopping will not accept both the coupon and the gift card when in all honesty the gift card (definition: a voucher given as a present that is exchangeable for a specified cash value of goods or services from a particular place of business) is purchased on there website so is in all technicalities cash which can only be spent in there online store. Then they run an online competition allowing entrant to win Coupons (definition: a voucher entitling the holder to a discount for a particular product). All because they have failed to input 2 separate areas for gift cards and coupons on there website). On calling in to the call center the response is sorry but there is only place for 1 code to be inserted. I think it is ridiculous then to either run any competitions or even have a gift voucher option on the website. This should be stipulated in a large format on the front of the home page so people are aware. BAD FORM ZANDO!
