I have been paying for a balance protection plan on my jets account for years now and unfortunately was retrenched. When I went to the store to fill in the claim form, the consultant advised me that my claim wont be successful.
I have paid this plan for years, how can my claim not be processed?
If this is not sorted out, I will take this retailer to the consumer protection act and also make it known to all the account holders about how Edcon is making us pay for insurance thats going to reject our claims no matter what the case is.
Please close this matter urgently and revert ASAP
