I handed in my bust laptop and clearly stated I want my hard drive back. Makro took it upon themselves to destroy my private property. i was in contact with the manager who has since left. I was promised the details of head office as Alberton can not give me answer as why Makrocare on Hellopeter stating my query has closed and all is well.

Nothing is WELL!!!
