Pathetic Service

I bought my watch from Foschini and the date dial inside the watch broke. Upon purchase of the watch I received pathetic service, but, I left it. When I took my watch in on the 28th of November 2013, I received the same service. Miss Greef was busy by her computer, she didnt even have the decency to tell me she will assist me now, she just left me standing there, waiting for her. She told me it takes about 4 to 6 weeks to repair the watch as it gets send away. I told her its fine, I will wait. The due date to get my watch back was on the 12th of Decent 2013. It now more than a month later than the due date. I havent received a phone call or any correspondence regarding my watch. Its pathetic! The Green Acres Foshini supllies their clients with the worse service ever. If I dont get a response by the end of this week, Sunday the 19th, I will go to the small claims court with this matter.
