Makro ripping people off... end of last month I bought a new bb9320 from the cellphone department at Makro Alberton, the price they charged me was not the price they advertised on special.. when I queried it the sales lady said "are you sure its on special" to my shock I left it I paid for the handset and even the cashier made a mistake on my credit card.. so I counted to 10 and took the handset and left..
leaving the store I called customer care and logged a complaint about Makro false advertisements and incompetent staff,
the gentleman that handled my complaint assured me that he will get someone at Makro Alberton to call me to solve the issue and said if they don't call he will get someone else from H/O to contact me.
12 days later I still waiting a response from Makro. incident happened on the 30th August 2013
feel like taking Makro to the advertising board about false advertisement.
im busy consulting my lawyer
how many other people was fooled like this.
