i bought a sony 7.2 mgongo on the 20/12/2013 in bradlows pretorius street pretoria when i bought the system no one told me that the DvD was out of stock i was told later on by the manager that they don't have the DVD in stock. so they gave me a second hand DVD which to my surprise didn't have a remote control i can't operate it what upset me greatly is that they don't even update me as to when will i receive my DVD if they can't find the dvd they must give me the one that is on display i need to have my DVD by the end of this week.
