My Fiance and I Bought a ring at Galaxy &Co First of all the service is very bad, rude staff and not very helpful, After a Month the ring started peeling and we took it back with all the requirements on their guarantee, the lady at the counter was very rude, and said that we will have to wait up to 6 weeks to get the ring back, due to them sending it to their H/O for a check, we did not want to except it, and asked if we could speak to the Branch Manager, She then informed us that the Branch Manager Rosa was not on duty and will only be on duty the Monday, we then left the ring with her for the branch manager to phone us the next day. Rosa did phone my fiance and explained to him that the ring is not supposed to do this and she will replace the ring, we will be able to collect the new ring the coming Wednesday, My Mother in Law did go and collect it that day, the ring was in fact to small that evening when we got it, My fianc? phoned Rosa the following morning and she said that we have to pay for the enlargement of the ring due to it only comes in one size but the ring we bought was one size. I don't want my it resized and after the Branch Manager shouting at me I want m money back
