I bought a ring and chain in nov 2011. jan 2012 the diamonds in the chains came out and the ring changed colour . i took it back to sterns in south gate mall were i was told i should pay for the ring to go to repairs which i did. the chain was took in for repairs also but i was not charged for a chain . they said the will call and they never did, i went to check after a month n found that the ring is back but the chain did not go for repairs and i was given a new pendant which was fine. after 3 months the pendants diamond came out again and the ring give problems ever since i bought it . i went to sterns 2 weeks ago and explain to trhem they told me i have to take them for repairs agains . please help becouse now i dont have a wedding ring.
