My boyfriend (now fiance) and I saw the most gorgeous engagement ring at Galaxy in Menlyn but they unfortunately were out of stock and couldnt assist us in finding the ring at another branch in Pretoria. We were devastated as we knew this was THE ring and couldn't bare the thought of not finding it. We contacted Cassie at Galaxy at the Glen shopping mall on a Friday evening and she was so friendly, helpful and kind. She gave us the best service we could imagine and ensured that my dream ring was on my finger by keeping the ring till the next morning when we could drive through from Pretoria.
