I renewed my contract with Altech cellular in January 2013 and Opted for the Samsung Galaxy S3. In February I returned the phone as it was faulty. After much aggrevation and being messed around I was given a new Galaxy S3. I then wanted to upgrade the brand new un-opened phone to a galaxy note 2. I returned the Galaxy S3 to a different branch last week Monday. This branch provided fantastic service but advised that it can take up to 2 weeks to get a credit from Head Office. Today a week later I decided to follow up and was told that there is still no update. I then called the customer service line and was advised that I cannot follow that up with head office and that it will take upto 4-6 weeks. Thou I do not hold the branch accountable, It is Head Office process that concerns me. How is it possible that it takes so long to credit a store for a phone to enable to me to pay the difference and get the new phone.??? I buy many things over ebay from halfway across the world and the item is delivered to me in a week. Autopage, please contact me so that I can speak to a person with a mandate to expedite the matter. 2 weeks for a simple 10 minute exchange is not on.
