I bought an engagement ring from Galaxy which was too big for my future wife's finger, I then took it back to Galaxy on the 30 August to be resized after which I was told it will be back in a weeks' time. I organised my engagement for the following Saturday (2013/09/07). On 6September I went back to pick up the ring which was supposed to be there (one week later). I was then informed that the ring isn't there as they only pick up and delivers on Monday mornings - of which I wasn't informed. I had to postpone the engagement and then re-organise it for Monday (09/09/2013). When arriving at Galaxy I was informed that the ring wasn't there and that it might only be there on Tuesday as according to the supplier there head office didn't pay their account. Apart from the fact that I already paid the ring and the money for the alterations, and drive through from Kriel (56 km from Witbank) and had to reorganise my own engagement twice now I have to waste money for petrol and re-organise the engagement again because Galaxy don't pay their suppliers!! What utter. This is by far the worst ever service I've ever encountered and thanks to them its costing money and i look like an!!!
