My Fiance bought my engagement ring at the American Swiss in BlueRoute Mall. When we went there a few days ago to have my ring cleaned before my wedding on Saturday (4th/1) they said that they dont do cleaning instore and that the ring needs to be sent away to be cleaned and this takes 2 weeks. I left the store thinking that not only did it seem like they dont know what they talking about but they were definatly nto helpful at all. A week before I went to Amercian Swiss I went to Galaxy &Co to have my wedding bands cleaned before the big day. They were so helpful and friendly, i wish i bought my engagement ring there too. I gave them the box of wedding bands and they said they would clean it in store and it would take less than 10 minutes, they said they can clean my engagement ring too. So I let them, and i didnt even buy the ring there. They checked the diamonds of their rings and said i should take my ring to American Swiss to have them check their diamonds too. I left feeling happy and sparkling :) I popped in at American Swiss in Tygervalley just to enquire about the cleaning, they said no problem just bring your slip and we'll clean it instore! Bad service from BlueRoute
