I am an account holder as well an edgars credit account holder, october month i made a late paymemt and interest was put on my account, my installment is R580 a month, i explained the operater that i had an emergency of medical bills which i had to attend to immediately and that was the reason for my late payment, edgars gave my accound over to edcon and registered me as a late payer, all my account are currently up do date and i have no problem paying on time, most of the time i will do online banking payments, i payed then november and december R600 and eversince that time they phne me every 5 minutes from this nr 011 4911057, it is not that i dont pay them im on vacation and not near any banking facilities at this time, they phone non stop to my parents house every 5 to 30 minutes about a due amount together with this months payment which is now R1090, i did not even get my salary yet for january which is wednesday the 15th, i feel the are going about it the wrong way and they are harrassimg me and my family on the phne which is inconvenient and disgracefull and it is not that they dont receive payments they do! They makes us to feel like we can close their accounts permanently!!
