I am happy to say that the problems I've experienced with SAcamera has been more than reasonably resolved when the manager Jody Basson got involved. I must also say that the courier company was partly to blame in that according to my understanding after speaking to some of the courier company's personnel they did not even attempt to deliver but rather just dismissed the order as "Business Closed". The delivery was for my private residence.
In retrospect I will do business with SAcamera in future.
