AGAIN!!! went to fair price in power park to buy a kitchen unit and a stove, when we walked into the store we get any service so we had to help ourselves and look for whatever we want and then go pay! while the sales people are chilling on the couch busy on their cellphones... yes!!! after weve decided on what we want then i went to one of the sales person and asked him if he was working here and he said yes and i told he that we need assistance, he then came and assisted, when we went to the cashier to pay my mom is using an RCS card and when they swiped the card required a pin (weired) so they told her to call the RCS call centre, well i called RCS and they confirmed that the card doesnt need a pin number then the agent from RCS asked to speak to the branch manager, the lady handed the phone to the branch manager by the name of Thandeka, she then said she is very busy and she cant assist us with an attitude!!! now is that how you guys serve your customers? to top it up Riaz the area manager whom ive complaint to said i should email my statement and he will send me the details via sms and mind you even the area manager is useless cause till today i havent recieved any sms.
