I ordered a couch from Montana branch Coricraft in Khalahari fox. Received couch in darker colour. Went to branch on Sat morning after couch was delivered on the Frid. Women behind counter said she would lodge my complaint as salesman who I purchased the couch from was busy. follow up during the next week only to find that no one was aware of my complaint. Woman who i spoke to promised to followup and come back to me. I followup again as woman did not come back to me. still no complaint logged. the woman who answered my third call logged a complaint and gave me ref. no. Waited for assessor to come out to assess colour of leather. He came and I went to Montana to discuss whether they had received feedback. Sales manager was busy with customer i told woman behind counter i would wait for him browsed through the shop. when i asked where sales manager was i was told he had to leave. i asked that he please call me the next day which did not happen. I called and eventually got to speak to him and was told to call the contact centre and to speak to manager she not in, was told she will call me. Nothing? no call and still wrong colour couch
