Bad Customer service by the store manager at CNA

On the 1st Feb13, i was paying off my Edgars @ CNA Waterfall Mall and i saw Canon Camera with a R7999.99 price tag. i wanted to purchase it & price in their machine was more than the 1 on the display and they called their call center for authorisation. sales agent told me that i failed the security check, then i left and came back before they close and Sales agent called again for auth and she was told that my purchase was approved 1st time i was there (morning). Manager was called & the lady explained the situation and she refused to sell me the camera with the price i saw in the morning. i paid for it and left it in the store. monday i called the area manager (Retha Swart)
and she authorized the discount. On my arrival, i was cross questioned by the manager, why am i giving wrong info to their customer service about the service they gave me. i was verbally attached by the store manager. i took my camera and called the area manager (Retha Swart) immediatly and she promised me that someone from their HR Department will call me, till today no phone call. regards
