We ordered pizza's through the the debonairs website, we added our adress and chose the branch nearest to our home. Once the order had been placed and paid for by credit card a confirmation popped up to say the order had been accepted by the branch and that we would recieve our order in 40 mins. After an hour, I called the branch and the lady who answered was very rude and told me that they dont deliver in our area, when I pointed out that I had paid, and the branch had accepted my order she said well our drivers didnt take the order because it was not their area, they would deliver it soon. 30 min later I called again, another person answered, she told me that they were very busy, they were waiting for the delivery guys to return, that my pizza's were being made as we speak. TWO PEOPLE TWO different stories. I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that he was out delivering Pizza. I asked if he would call me back. Another 30 mins pass, I call again, I am told the deilivery guy is lost (even though on the online form I wrote specific directions) eventually after 2 hours we recieved not fresh pizza. no apology and no call back from the manager after asking 3 times to speak to h
