I would like to take this opportunity to recognise the Branch Manager of Shoprite Glen Ridge for going beyond her duty in the name of giving excellent customer service to me. Mellisa Bothma managed to turn a possible service complain into a compliment, I went to her store to exchange Instant Jungle Oats and I was confronted with somewhat of a challenge, but she ensured that I left the store a HAPPY customer, Keep it up, THERE SHOULDN'T BE A LIMIT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
