I went to shoprite alberton to buy some groceries I then proceeded to one of the tills to pay I must have stood there for about20min when it was finally my turn to pay the cashier told me she could not help me because it was a sassa till, I then asked her why she hadn't said anything all along as she had seen me with my groceries she just shrug her shoulders and told me to go and join another queue as she wasn't going to help me, I then went to the manager to complain as I was dissatisfied, she told me I should blame the government for bringing sassa payments to their store and instead of solving the matter she argued with me and insisted I go and join another queue all over again, when I questioned her why we were not informed we were not supposed to join that particular queue inorder to pay for our groceries she just continued arguing. I left the store empty handed. I am never setting my foot inside a shoprite again!
