Shocking and Shody Service Rochester klerksdorp

I purchased a dining room and lounge suite from Rochester Furniture stores in Klerksdorp on the 24th Dec 2013. A R10 000 deposit was paid to for the product. On the 27 Dec the full outstanding R22543 amount was paid electronically. The store manager of the store agreed to have the furniture delivered on the 27 Dec 2013. This did not materialise despite the lady having persuaded me to purchase the product to make that all important sale of hers. She then moved the date to the 28 Dec 2013 for delivery. I was not satisfied but held out another day. On the 28 December the "goal posts" moved again, this time to the Monday of the 30 Dec 2013. I already made her aware that if the product was not at my home on by the 28th Dec that she should cancel the sale. I returned to the store to complete a credit note for my refund but until today I have not yet received it. I thought that their head office would assist, I spoke to a member of management by the name of Wayne at Rochester last week Friday he assured me that he had done the transfer by handing it over to the accounts department. Well, it is two weeks later and I do not have my money. I will be instituting legal action today. Andre.
