My grandmother (76) opened a funeral policy with Edgars when she was 67 in 2007
she was not notified by the consultant who assisted her that she had to be 65
the policy was cancelled in 2012 but she was never told instead she found out when she went to pay as usual as the money was still being deducted from her account
when she went to request that the money be refunded, the accounts person told her the money will be put into her account edgars account, my grandmother refused as she was not notified that this would be the process she would be subjected to should the policy be cancelled
